Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was marred by several issues. Many of the staff seemed unclear on their roles, which led to confusion during my stay. The dining options were quite limited, and even speaking Lao didn’t help communicate my needs effectively.

cozy, cozy, cozy
I enjoyed the rooftop pool. It was my favorite spot after a day of exploring. The breakfast included the best omelettes I’ve ever had, made with real butter and served by wonderful staff. My room was large, quiet, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat.
would recommend 😊❤️

6/10
Man, the staff were wicked friendly! The breakfast was awesome with some solid options, and the rooftop pool? Nice view, but it could use a good scrub. Our room was decent, but some bits were kinda shabby. For what we paid, it felt like a steal, but they really need to up their game. It’s cool, but could be way better!

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Service
The spacious family room provided a cozy retreat. Friendly staff accommodated my needs, although communication was tricky sometimes. The gym's noise at night was a bit disruptive, but overall, I enjoyed my stay. Ensure to ask for quieter rooms if you're sensitive to sound.

It was just a commendable fit for a flying visit in Vientiane with real value for money. The shower had great water pressure and was refreshing after a long day. Try to ask for a room away from the busy street to avoid noise.

Great rooftop pool area with amazing views. The in-house restaurant is poorly managed.

The family room was spacious, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, and the smart TV allowed for some relaxed evenings with streaming options. The breakfast offered a decent selection with some tasty meat and fish dishes. However, finding transport was initially a hassle, and despite the pleasant rooftop bar, I found the area surrounding the hotel to be a bit noisier than expected at times. Overall, a solid stay with room for improvement.
